The Kids on the Block philanthropic program is designed to provide a non threatening environment in which children learn about disabilities, safety issues and social problems. The program includes an exchange between students and puppets to clarify, expand ideas or answer questions about the topics covered in the scripts. Viewing a Kids on the Block performance is an unforgettable educational experience.

The "kids" vividly and effectively model relationships between people, both with and without disabilities, by using frank and often humorous communication of facts and feelings between the puppet characters and the audience.
