Annual Report - Volunteers Serving Our Community

Dear Friends of Assistance League of Diablo Valley,

Your contributions make a difference in the lives of others in Contra Costa County. Through your support, Assistance League of Diablo Valley, with over 500 hands-on volunteers, has been working in the local community for more than 47 years. By working directly with local agencies and school districts, our ten programs are continually assessing the needs in the community and seeking better ways to fill those needs. Whether we are testing the vision of a preschooler, clothing over 4000 local schoolchildren each year or performing puppet shows which address contemporary social issues, we know that our work is relevant and vital. When an elderly gentleman in a wheelchair looks up and sings along with our visiting troupe of entertainers, we know we have touched a life with music. Click here to read more…….
